Pontins Prestatayn Sands (Wales) 17 - 21 Sept - voucher ?

I purchased Pontins (prestanyn sands, north Wales) holiday voucher for next Monday - Friday, that I can no longer go to. This voucher is for up to 4 people. There are 2 single beds in the the bedroom and a bed settee for two in the lounge. This apartment is self catering.
